What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance, facilitating communication and issue resolution
- Lead end-to-end project management for SAP initiatives, coordinating across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with IT and implementation partners to define, plan, and manage project scope and timelines
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with business goals and SOX compliance
- Organize and lead regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of relevant project management experience
- Thorough knowledge of financial reporting systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA
- Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and experience implementing compliant processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate complex projects and manage multiple workstreams effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CPA)
- Experience with integrations involving systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Coupa, and Concur
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with external partners
- Experience in financial systems and project management within a consulting environment
