  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define and document technology and process solutions to ensure compliance with regulations
  - Engineer and support solutions that meet corporate needs for global use
  - Guide technical teams through job scheduling best practices and processes
  - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or process conflicts
  - Support configuration, system performance tuning, and other necessary activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 8+ years of experience supporting SAP applications job scheduling
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  - Strong understanding of job scheduling technologies including Redwood’s RunMyJob (RMJ) and SAP
  - Ability to travel up to 10%
  - Familiarity with internal cyber and administrative practices and policies
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - General IT experience
  - Experience supporting Redwood’s RMJ scheduling tools
  - Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and technologies, such as ServiceNow
  - Experience contributing to large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects
  - Knowledge of the regulatory environment of a publicly held aerospace and defense organization
