What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, maintain, and support SAP security across the organization
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies while optimizing business processes
- Troubleshoot user roles, security objects, and authorizations to resolve conflicts and risks
- Conduct regular system audits to detect deviations from established security procedures
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Security, providing technical guidance to team members and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in SAP Security analysis, development, and maintenance
- Strong foundation in S/4HANA Security and related implementation experience
- Proficiency in SAP GRC products including Access Control and Process Control
- Technical knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and related security solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various SAP modules including FI, CO, SD, and MM
- Experience in migrating SAP Roles to S/4 HANA
- Strong project management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Knowledge of risk assessment procedures and authentication technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
