What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain global Service Management solutions
- Gather and document systems and business process requirements through workshops and meetings
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment within S/4
- Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Management
- Experience with in-house repair, Field Service, and Service Contract processes
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP certification is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus
