What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and transmit money movements related to loan fundings or security payments
- Conduct portfolio compliance tests and generate payment reports as required
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate payment processing
- Perform quality control reviews of reports to meet timeliness and accuracy standards
- Analyze CLO indentures to ensure compliance with transaction terms and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience producing compliance and waterfall reports for collateral managers
- Thorough understanding of CLOs and experience with CLO indentures
- Strong ability to identify and resolve exceptions while interpreting data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
