What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain SAM entity registrations for all 33 subsidiaries
- Assist in preparing 8(a) applications
- Collaborate with legal, senior management, and finance teams for compliance requirements
- Facilitate 8(a) annual updates for multiple companies
- Submit Service Contract Act reports through SAM for contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for an Alaska Native Corporation
- Familiarity with 8(a) applications and compliance reporting
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes
- Understanding of SAM and SBA regulations
