What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently source and coordinate the production of 7(a) SBA loans
- Generate new SBA business through various sales activities
- Maintain positive relationships with loan applicants, borrowers, and referral sources
- Review loan requests and credit history
- Represent the Bank with honesty and integrity while delivering high levels of customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management
- 5+ years related SBA lending experience and/or training
- History of consistent SBA production of no less than $15 million annually
- Comprehensive knowledge of SBA 7(a) lending guidelines
- Strong relationship management and business development/sales acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional work-related experience related to SBA credit underwriting, portfolio management, and/or loan closing
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of business processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of SBA 7(a) lending guidelines
