What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule medical and dental services according to customer availability and contract guidelines
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion
- Conduct customer contacts for Health Assessment processing and referrals
- Identify behavioral health situations and assist callers following specific protocols
- Monitor service levels to meet contractual requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience
- Flexibility to work assigned 8-hour shifts during operational hours
- Ability to work every other Saturday between 7:00am - 5:00pm CST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare
- Prior call center experience
- Military experience
