What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on new product features and releases
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customer education materials
- Address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions for customer satisfaction
- Implement scaled engagement strategies to reach a larger customer base
- Analyze customer usage patterns to identify growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Proficiency in using customer success platforms and digital communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or marketing and 5+ years of relevant software experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JLLT platforms and Commercial Real Estate Management or Facilities Management
