      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement scalable quality assurance (QA) frameworks for content moderation
      - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure agent performance and decision accuracy
      - Identify gaps in moderation workflows and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
      - Partner with various teams to create calibration processes aligned with policy guidelines
      - Analyze QA data to generate actionable insights for operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, content moderation, or trust & safety operations
      - Deep understanding of Trust & Safety and risk management processes
      - Strong data analysis skills with experience in QA tools and statistical insights
      - Proven ability to design and optimize QA frameworks in high-volume settings
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with large-scale vendor management and regulatory compliance in content moderation
      - Familiarity with AI-driven moderation tools and workflow automation solutions
