      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day, to assist patients and referring providers
      - Coordinate patient registration and scheduling processes to ensure timely appointments
      - Document and maintain accurate patient information in compliance with established procedures
      - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and offering service recovery when necessary
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year in a call center environment
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain attention to detail

      - Experience in a healthcare-related call center or customer service role
      - Familiarity with referral triage processes and insurance stipulations
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
