What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Request Maximo access for new users and provide training to technical supervisors and partners
- Maintain preventative maintenance module in Maximo and lead Regional crew set-up
- Collaborate with Asset Information Management Analyst to integrate new project Maximo functional tags and asset records
- Prioritize OPS maintenance work and develop weekly routine schedules
- Generate reports including PM completion reports, maintenance KPI reports, and environmental reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience or equivalent mix of formal education and experience
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
- Good organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and analyze problems proactively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo, SQL database)
- General knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and operations equipment in the oil/gas industry
