What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project teams through the preparation, monitoring, and updating of solar schedules
- Assist site management in formulating action plans to optimize schedules
- Draft and present CPM schedules, identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Provide technical support and training during the construction phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum two years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience with Asta, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project (Asta highly preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of scheduling principles and best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Project Engineer
- Construction operations experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to anticipate and solve problems creatively
- Results-oriented mindset to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative solution-seeking initiative
