      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 for electric distribution projects
      - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure schedule accuracy
      - Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and schedule forecasting
      - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, variance reports, and recovery plans
      - Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the utility or EPC industry
      - Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
      - Strong understanding of electric distribution systems and construction workflows
      - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification
      - Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Power BI, or schedule analytics platforms
      - Experience with earned value management (EVM), resource planning, and schedule risk analysis
