What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage schedules for Nurses, CNAs, Office Staff, and Clients in the scheduling platform
- Communicate schedules with clients and notify them of staff changes
- Maintain timely communication with all staff regarding scheduling concerns
- Demonstrate professionalism and collaboration in a team environment
- Recommend and implement solutions for scheduling issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service
- Background in logistics or home health scheduling
