      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule all procedures and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
      - Communicate with referring physicians for patients having scheduling difficulties
      - Enter accurate information in the Radiology Information System (RIS) for appointment management
      - Pre-register patients, scan documents, and input clinical data as needed
      - Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient property and health information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and/or at least 1 year of medical/radiology office work experience or medical training
      - Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
      - Strong communication skills and ability to foster teamwork
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Professional demeanor and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a medical radiology office or relevant medical training program
      - Demonstrated ability to interact diplomatically with patients and their families
      - Proven track record of maintaining cooperative working relationships
