What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage resource- and cost-loaded project schedules for construction and installation activities
- Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis and develop mitigation or recovery plans for schedule risks
- Gather and coordinate project input from internal teams and subcontractors to update integrated master schedules
- Monitor schedule performance, produce progress reports, and track variances against baseline schedules
- Communicate schedule status, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in construction project scheduling
- Strong working knowledge of Critical Path scheduling tools, preferably Primavera P6
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced capabilities in Excel
- Experience in developing and analyzing resource-loaded schedules in a fast-paced construction environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with utility infrastructure, power delivery, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Completion of H&M Project Management Methodology (PMM) training or related formal project management coursework
