What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise direct care staff and ensure adequate community staffing to meet resident care needs
- Communicate and distribute associate schedules to all staff at least one week in advance
- Manage and communicate changes in resident needs and staffing requirements
- Operate and maintain corporate scheduling and billing systems according to guidelines
- Complete daily billing and ensure compliance with state and SOX regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions based on established guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with older adults
- Familiarity with billing practices and compliance regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
- Knowledge of scheduling software or systems
