What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an efficient staff scheduling system to meet demand and keep bases in service
- Create and assign schedules for various employee roles, including clinicians and pilots
- Process schedule changes and vacation approvals within the scheduling system
- Develop scheduling resources and monitoring systems for performance tracking
- Assist in the development and upkeep of staffing models and KPI measurements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Capability to learn technical systems and write SQL queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in aviation or a similar industry
- Familiarity with relational databases and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in scheduling or resource management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
