      Schedule:

      Schedules can vary and are flexible dependent on class schedules. This position averages 2 shifts per week during business hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. May requires support on occasional nights and weekends as needed.

      Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

      Minimum: $17.50

      Qualifications:

      -Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities.
      -Must be able to attend department-wide and department specific training
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
      - Strong attention to detail.

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      - Ability to learn new software as required by job duties.
      - Organizational skills.
      - Excellent communication skills with student employee team, professional staff, and event customers.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      The Scheduling & Events Student Lead will contribute to the overall success of the Recreation & Wellbeing Scheduling and Events department. This position will provide administrative support for both internal program scheduling and external events in Rec Well facilities.

      - Administrative support to Rec Well Scheduling & Events Team
      - Lead and/or support Event Staff training
      - Data entry through inputting programming into Accruent Event Management System (EMS)
      - Communicating instruction to student Event Staff
      - Inventory management
      - Creating staff training materials and resource guides
      - Perform other administrative projects or duties as assigned

      Physical Demands:

      - Ability to lift and move equipment with or without accommodations
