      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review each referral immediately, ensuring it meets acceptance criteria, and schedule the patient within 1 hour
      - Monitor and adjust field staff schedules daily for maximum efficiency and patient visits
      - Address day-of delays, staffing gaps, or logistical challenges quickly and effectively
      - Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources through professional communication
      - Use reporting tools to track scheduling times, utilization rates, and identify trends for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, referral coordination, or related operations
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
      - Proficiency with scheduling software, mapping tools, and data reporting systems
      - Excellent communication skills, both empathetic and persuasive
      - High sense of urgency and commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health, hospice, or wound care operations
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
