- Handling a total of at least 50 phone calls daily
- Performing QA audits and maintaining a score of 85% or greater
- Collaborating with team members on various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new duties and technology-related skills as required
