What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Match caregivers with clients based on skill level, personality, and availability
- Track client and employee hours to ensure accurate scheduling
- Fill open shifts promptly to maintain service quality
- Assist clients with schedule changes and manage employee sick calls
- Maintain excellent documentation and records related to scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills via phone, in person, and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills in business applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
- Preferred knowledge of in-home care or healthcare field; CNA experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of scheduling in a healthcare-related field is desired
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities with recommended solutions
- Typing and data entry skills (typing speeds over 40 wpm will be helpful)
