What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments for participants with internal providers and external specialists as directed by primary care physicians
- Serve as a liaison to specialists' offices, coordinating care and communicating information to the operations leadership team
- Manage participant flow by consulting with medical staff to prioritize scheduling
- Greet and check in participants for clinic appointments, ensuring necessary documentation is completed
- Perform data entry of participant information and maintain inventory of clinic supplies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience including filing, record keeping, data entry, and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Epic EMR
- Current state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and/or Medical Assistant certificate
- Experience in a clinic healthcare setting, particularly with geriatrics
- Background as a Nursing Assistant in home care, long-term care, daycare, or group home settings
