What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to onboarding tasks for new patients and families
- Schedule initial intake sessions and activate patient accounts to ensure a smooth treatment journey
- Educate patients on the treatment model and expectations during onboarding
- Manage provider schedules and collaborate on coverage as needed
- Conduct outreach to patients with appointment gaps to enhance attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/patient success or support role
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Proficiency with digital communication and software platforms (e.g., Slack, G-suite, Zoom)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience working in a virtual or remote healthcare environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Demonstrated passion for mental health advocacy and patient support
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
