      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage 100-200 inbound and outbound calls daily to schedule or reschedule appointments for Neurology, Orthopedics, and Cardiovascular patients
      - Complete patient registration and address online requests to ensure timely service
      - Adhere to standard operating procedures while maintaining a high-quality service level
      - Utilize multiple computer programs and monitors to efficiently handle scheduling tasks
      - Collaborate with patients, providers, and other stakeholders to improve healthcare delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or relevant field
      - Strong customer service background, particularly in a contact/call center environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic or other cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Previous experience in a high-volume call center setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work flexible hours
