      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patients, ensuring adherence to physician-specific scheduling guidelines
      - Collect and maintain accurate patient information related to registration and insurance
      - Provide one-call resolution whenever possible for patient inquiries
      - Process multi-channel messages related to appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints
      - Assist with training initiatives for new hires and support team members in daily work assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Proficient in medical terminology and computer literacy, including navigating multiple programs and monitors
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
      - Ability to meet quality and service goals related to contact center metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling processes and insurance information
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Knowledge of electronic health records or similar systems
