What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Proficient in medical terminology and computer navigation, including the ability to toggle among programs
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
