      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patient appointments according to physician-specific guidelines
      - Collect and maintain accurate patient information related to registration and insurance
      - Provide one-call resolution for scheduling and related inquiries
      - Process messages related to patient and physician requests, including appointments and prescriptions
      - Assist with training initiatives for new hires within the Patient Contact Center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
      - Proficiency in medical terminology and computer literacy
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to navigate multiple programs and screens efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and processes
      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
