      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patients according to physician-specific guidelines
      - Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information
      - Provide one-call resolution for patient inquiries and direct non-scheduling calls to the appropriate department
      - Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests, such as appointments and prescriptions
      - Achieve and maintain quality and service goals related to contact center metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
      - Proficiency in medical terminology and computer skills, including navigating multiple programs/screens
      - Ability to match patient preferences with scheduling guidelines to provide efficient appointment scheduling
      - Strong communication skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare contact center or similar environment
      - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Ability to train and assist new hires in the contact center
      - Knowledge of insurance processes and patient registration
      - Strong problem-solving skills to enhance patient satisfaction
