      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer phones and handle calls in a professional and timely manner
      - Schedule patient examinations according to existing company policy
      - Ensure all appropriate personal, financial, and insurance information is obtained and recorded accurately
      - Communicate scheduling changes to technologists to ensure high patient satisfaction
      - Provide backup coverage for front office team members as requested by supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
      - Ability to handle a multi-level phone system with high call volumes
      - Strong typing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of customer service experience
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
      - Bilingual
