What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and handle scheduling inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule patient examinations while ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Maintain positive interactions with patients, referring offices, and team members
- Pre-certify exams with patients' insurance companies and verify insurance for same-day add-ons
- Provide backup coverage for front office team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in using computer systems and typing skills
- Ability to manage a multi-level phone system with high call volume
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
- Bilingual in English and another language
