What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones and handle calls in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule patient examinations according to existing company policy
- Maintain positive interactions with patients, referring offices, and staff
- Pre-certify all exams with patients' insurance companies as required
- Ensure all patient data is entered accurately into information systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in using computer systems and typing
- Ability to manage a multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
- Bilingual skills
