What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule network and commercial breaks to maximize sales inventory
- Build on-air logs ensuring accuracy of program information and commercial breaks
- Program syndicated, local, and network shows, confirming accuracy of show numbers and timing
- Maintain future broadcast logs and communicate programming conflicts to stations
- Provide assistance with programming formats and reconcile discrepancies as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Computer literate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure while being dependable and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in broadcast TV or radio is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt as training will be provided

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling or programming role within the media industry
- Familiarity with broadcasting software or scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess and reconcile program discrepancies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
