What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead course scheduling for multiple campuses and programs
- Optimize processes to maximize student opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless student experience
- Mentor scheduling teams and implement best practices
- Troubleshoot challenges and develop strategic solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous UTI Scheduling Experience REQUIRED
- High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience, or an Associate Degree with 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in project management and MS Office
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Availability for some weekends
