      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain clinician schedules based on workload demands, ensuring accuracy in scheduling software
      - Communicate with clinicians to address scheduling needs, manage call-offs, and handle emergency openings
      - Support Medical Directors with site-specific scheduling needs, including orientation and shadowing arrangements for new providers
      - Track clinician hours using scheduling software and prepare reports for payroll processing
      - Collaborate with credentialing, recruiting, and enrollment teams for seamless coordination and scheduling support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or healthcare administration
      - Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider scheduling experience or relevant scheduling experience
