What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage platform features that handle product data on the STIBO/STEP application
- Act as the primary process support lead for specific lines of business within the employer
- Draft user stories for feature updates and enhancements using Agile best practices
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams on requirements for application updates
- Provide end user training and guidance for new or updated features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation date between December 2024 to August 2025 with a degree in business, computer science, math, engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile and Project Management tools, such as JIRA
- Proficiency in SQL
