      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles for various positions
      - Maintain proactive communication and provide high levels of customer service to applicants and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
      - Manage candidates through the hiring pipeline using the applicant tracking system
      - Schedule interviews and perform various recruiting-related tasks
      - Assess candidates for qualifications through resume and phone screenings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the scientific and biomedical/health fields
      - Immediate availability and commitment to at least two months of work
      - Exceptional customer service skills with a professional communication style
      - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online systems, including applicant tracking systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with recruiting tasks
      - Experience working with government contracts or fellowships
      - Established networks in the scientific and biomedical/health communities for recruiting purposes
