- Be part of teams to propose, design, develop and oversee execution of studies to enable high quality analysis of NK cell responses
- Be part of a scientific team to develop and evaluate workflows for NK cell responses and characterization activities to support ongoing projects
- Participate in lab work to support research studies: develop design, experimental plans, hypotheses, evaluate and interpret data, write reports, present results
- Be able to execute on new ideas that are introduced, adapt to new techniques and technology to ensure that the group remains at the forefront of the innovation in the field to best serve the projects
- Participate in driving laboratory projects and interact with team members in other functions
- Present findings to the teams, management, and multidisciplinary groups internally and externally to the collaborators and at the conferences
- Provide and promote support for operational procedures according to the Sanofi values, ethics, and security
- Contribute toward preparation of publications, research, and clinical/regulatory documentation in accordance with the Sanofi quality standards
- Master of Science or PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline, with relevant experience
- Trained in general methods to immune cell characterization methodologies from concept phase through implementation
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with any of the following is highly beneficial: exosome methods, extra-cellular vesicles, flow cytometry, cell sorter, genomics, transcriptomics, metabolic analysis, high throughput laboratory workflows
- Experience and expertise in optimizing, and troubleshooting studies, experiments and novel analytical workflows
- Hands-on experience in isolation, handling and characterization using multicolor flow cytometry of primary cells
- Good working knowledge in multi-parameter flow cytometry analysis
- Hands-on experience with immune cell isolation and working with different immune cells
- Capable of multi-tasking to drive multiple project activities forward
- Training in immunology with a preferred focus on NK cell immunology or exosome biology
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide recommendations around complex scientific results
- Compliance with all safety training and good research laboratory practices
- English and French is a must
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are seeking a talented Scientist to continue innovating NK ( natural killer) cell therapeutics. Candidate must have a general working knowledge or expertise of immunology, immune cells, of applicable cell-based characterization methods and be able to apply that knowledge independently and creatively toward the development of cell therapy projects and pipeline products. Successful candidate will perform research for developing methods to further stimulate immune cells, particularly NK cells, including. Candidate will have ability to execute, analyze and troubleshoot experiments. Individual must be a self-starter, able to work in the lab and conduct experiment independently and be able to learn new experimental methods and adapt to research workflows.
