      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive product growth through exceptional virtual customer interactions to promote the SHIELD blood test for early detection of Colorectal Cancer (CRC)
      - Uncover potential new business and transition incoming leads into active ordering accounts
      - Build strong relationships virtually with healthcare providers to encourage adoption of the Shield test
      - Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to primary care practices for smooth integration of SHIELD into their workflow
      - Ensure adherence to company policies and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales with sales goals
      - College degree preferred but not required
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills for virtual presentations
      - Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
      - Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated virtual selling experience and ability to engage in selling conversations
      - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva for tracking customer interactions
      - High-touch customer service and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships
