What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product growth through virtual interactions with healthcare providers to promote the SHIELD blood test for early detection of Colorectal Cancer (CRC)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively engaging potential clients and building relationships
- Utilize internal resources and data to make informed decisions and develop strategic business plans
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers to facilitate the integration of SHIELD into their practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process and resolve any issues proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-year sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role, with a 4-year college degree
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge to drive sales
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva for tracking customer interactions
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in virtual selling and overcoming objections in sales conversations
- High-touch customer service and relationship-building skills focused on long-term success
- Background in healthcare sales or knowledge of oncology products
