Develops the agile teams way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
Cares deeply about the teams and supporting their growth and evolution into high performing units
Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed
Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
Role models the agile mindset
Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
Engage with the PO to encourage and empower the agile team
Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward
Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
Fluent English is a must and good German language skills a plus
