Facilitate Scrum Teams: Coach and facilitate Scrum teams in the Markets domain, ensuring they understand and apply SAFe principles, including Agile ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives
SAFe Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain SAFe practices, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Iteration planning, and backlog refinement
Team Enablement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to self-organize, prioritize, and manage their work effectively. Provide guidance on Agile tools, such as Jira or similar platforms
Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Test Management, and Development Team members, to ensure alignment and understanding of ART goals, progress, and impediments
Impediment Removal: Identify and help remove impediments that block team progress, escalating issues to management when necessary
Metrics and Feedback: Track and analyze key metrics, such as efficiency, lead time, and quality, providing actionable feedback to teams to improve their performance
Scaling Agile: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders to scale Agile across the organization, promoting a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration
Domain Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of the financial Markets domain, including trends, regulations, and industry developments, to provide informed guidance to teams
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve Scrum team processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and reducing waste
Training and Coaching: Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new team members, ensuring they understand Agile principles, SAFe framework, and our organizational context
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience with SAFe framework, including PI planning, iteration planning, and backlog refinement
Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations in complex environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
Experience working in the financial Markets sector or related domains (e.g., banking, trading, or investments)
Empathy and Collaboration: Open-minded mindset, with a proactive and helpful attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to formulate and guide discussions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
Empathetic approach to conflict resolution and issue management
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to achieve common goals
Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as Azure
Broad understanding of the Markets flow, with a good understanding of products provided by the Markets department
Knowledge of market data, trading platforms, and risk management systems
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Understanding of the technology stack required to maintain a successful and well-working environment
Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems used in the Markets domain
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experiences of successfully delivering Software projects
Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP)
