  We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team in the Markets domain. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and coaching cross-functional teams in adopting and implementing SAFe principles, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and experience working in the financial Markets sector.

  YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Facilitate Scrum Teams: Coach and facilitate Scrum teams in the Markets domain, ensuring they understand and apply SAFe principles, including Agile ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives

  • SAFe Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain SAFe practices, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Iteration planning, and backlog refinement

  • Team Enablement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to self-organize, prioritize, and manage their work effectively. Provide guidance on Agile tools, such as Jira or similar platforms

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Test Management, and Development Team members, to ensure alignment and understanding of ART goals, progress, and impediments

  • Impediment Removal: Identify and help remove impediments that block team progress, escalating issues to management when necessary

  • Metrics and Feedback: Track and analyze key metrics, such as efficiency, lead time, and quality, providing actionable feedback to teams to improve their performance

  • Scaling Agile: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders to scale Agile across the organization, promoting a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration

  • Domain Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of the financial Markets domain, including trends, regulations, and industry developments, to provide informed guidance to teams

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve Scrum team processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and reducing waste

  • Training and Coaching: Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new team members, ensuring they understand Agile principles, SAFe framework, and our organizational context

  YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

  • Experience with SAFe framework, including PI planning, iteration planning, and backlog refinement

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations in complex environments

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement

  • Experience working in the financial Markets sector or related domains (e.g., banking, trading, or investments)

  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as Azure

  • Broad understanding of the Markets flow, with a good understanding of products provided by the Markets department

  • Knowledge of market data, trading platforms, and risk management systems

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Understanding of the technology stack required to maintain a successful and well-working environment

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems used in the Markets domain

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experiences of successfully delivering Software projects

  • Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP)
