The Scrum Master will act as a servant-leader and facilitator, driving the team to successfully plan, execute, and deliver the migration in alignment with Agile principles. This role requires a strong leader who can take ownership of the process, ensure alignment among stakeholders, and see the migration through to completion.

      Key Responsibilities:
      1. Agile Facilitation:
        • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
        • Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and Scrum principles.
      2. Project Leadership and Delivery:
        • Take charge of the migration project, ensuring the team is focused, aligned, and on track to meet goals.
        • Maintain accountability for the successful delivery of the migration by driving progress and resolving obstacles promptly.
      3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
        • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines for the migration.
        • Facilitate coordination across teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth migration processes.
      4. Impediment Removal:
        • Identify and address roadblocks that may impede the progress of the team.
        • Work with leadership and external stakeholders to resolve dependencies and issues.
      5. Progress Monitoring:
        • Track and report on sprint progress, deliverables, and key metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.
        • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders transparently.
      6. Team Empowerment:
        • Coach team members to take ownership of their tasks and foster a collaborative environment.
        • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback.
      7. Risk Management:
        • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
        • Ensure the migration is carried out with minimal impact to existing network and infrastructure services.
      Required Skills and Qualifications:
      • Education:
        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
      • Experience:
        • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on procurement & manufacturing.
        • Proven track record of driving large-scale migration projects to completion.
        • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
      • Certifications:
        • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Understanding of procurement & manufacturing.
        • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
      • Soft Skills:
        • A driver who takes ownership of projects and ensures delivery to completion.
        • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
        • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
