What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide 2-3 cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies and delivery planning
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery of product increments
- Support the team's growth in agile maturity, promoting best practices and adaptive frameworks
- Help teams navigate compliance-heavy environments where documentation and process rigor are essential
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing blockers for multiple squads
- Practical knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with SAFe is a plus
- Proven ability to lead delivery cycles for CRM or Salesforce-based projects
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, telecom, healthcare)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting product teams managing CRM ecosystems
- Background in helping organizations shift from IT-led to business-led agile models
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector
