      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams using Agile principles and frameworks
      - Facilitate Agile routines, including idea generation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
      - Address blocking issues that require support from other teams to keep teams focused on their goals
      - Visualize, communicate, and radiate team information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in workflow
      - Curate coaching content to guide teams in agile practices and promote a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a member of an agile team, including a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master, or a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience
      - Experience facilitating Agile routines, including PI Pre-Planning
      - Experience maintaining and improving Agile metrics
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work in a hybrid model, with availability to be onsite from day one

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Finance background is highly preferable
      - Depth of knowledge in at least two technology team roles (project manager, user experience, business analyst, developer, testing, deployment)
      - Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement
      - Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
      - Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
