What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams
- Facilitate meetings for idea generation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Help teams gain transparency into their workflow through information radiators
- Address blocking issues that require support from other teams
- Curate team-level coaching content to guide teams in agile practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a member of an agile team, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, or a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a member of an agile team, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of the banking industry
- Experience in a Scaled Agile environment
- Proficient in using Jira, Power BI, and other agile tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Depth of knowledge in at least two technology team roles (e.g., project manager, user experience, business analyst, developer, testing, deployment)
- Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
- Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
