What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions effectively
- Facilitate daily team meetings to monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks
- Organize demos and product/system testing while ensuring effective use of collaborative processes
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, tracking deliverables and financials
- Coach the team in Agile methodologies and practices, ensuring alignment with SDLC processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
- Experience in project coordination and team facilitation
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project management
- Ability to identify and mitigate team-level risks and impediments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Master Certification
- Knowledge of the banking domain
- Familiarity with payments systems and processes
