      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions for product and software development
      - Facilitate daily team meetings to ensure project progress and address any roadblocks
      - Organize demos and product/system testing while removing impediments for the scrum team
      - Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing status reports for stakeholders
      - Coach the team in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
      - Strong background in Agile methodologies and practices
      - Experience in project coordination and team facilitation
      - Exceptional communication and leadership skills
      - Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence for project tracking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a similar role
      - Scrum Master Certification
      - Knowledge of the banking domain
      - Familiarity with payments processes and systems
