No two days are the same, but there are some things you will do on a daily basis, including coaching team members to improve Agile and scrum behavior, identifying anti-patterns, and implementing system thinking, all of which will result in the successful completion of sprint goals.
Hold scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, resolving conflicts, guiding teams and create dash boards and Burndown charts.
Build a culture of accountability for your teams that will empower teams to work together. Know how to create and measure progress that will hold your teams accountable and present them in a way that the team can leverage learn and grow.
To thrive in this role, you must want to help people be their best at what they do, whether it's praising their good work or helping them to refine behaviors that they could improve. You should be a coach and mentor not only for your team but also for other scrum masters, product owners, and line managers.
Be able to work in a hybrid office environment where you and your teams work both remotely and in the office.
You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts. You are comfortable participating in and sometimes leading meetings as well as holding team members accountable.
Experience in Scrum, Kanban with LeSS framework
Experience in handling Scrum Teams working in Insurance or Guidewire implementations Is an added advantage.

Scrum Master IIAs our Scrum Master, you will use expertise of Agile methodologies to create an environment for our development teams, their scrum masters, and product owner teams where everyone can be successful. You will be a true people leader, understanding each person’s strengths and weaknesses and then coaching them to improve continuously, removing obstacles, and refining their behaviors to exemplify Agile and scrum.
